Obituary of Sarah Herries
Herries, Sarah of Aylmer passed away peacefully with her family by her side at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in her 65th year. Wife of Bob Herries. Dear mother of Brenda Close(Rob) of Port Burwell. Loving grandmother of Kaeden and Kennedie. Sister of Bill Fehr(Stella), Anne Moore(Robert), Helen Pogue(Clare) and Paige Cable(Gary). Also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on December 5, 1953, Sarah operated Snack ‘n Break Coffee Trucks, XL Gas Bar and The Drive Zone Driving School. She loved music. Sarah was lead vocals and played guitar in her own Country band in the Aylmer area for many years. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on, Friday, January 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
