Horrocks, Sandra – Passed away peacefully with family at her side on December 29, 2017. Born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1935, Sandra immigrated to Canada in 1971, residing in Dartmouth, NS with her family. She was predeceased by husbands Captain Carl Evankovich, USAF in 1962, and Dr. Norman Horrocks OC in 2010.
