Peacefully at Hastings Centennial Manor on Thursday, November 8, 2018. Eileen Salmon age 93, was the beloved wife of the late Robert Joseph Salmon (1989). Born on December 03, 1924, in Purdy, she was the daughter of the late John and Eleanor (Nellie) McMahon. Loving sister of Don McMahon of Owen Sound, Daryl (Brenda) McMahon of Milton, and Shirley Kuipers of Bowmanville. Eileen was predeceased by her siblings: Hilliard McMahon, Joyce Mitchell, Jeanne Mayhew, Peggy McMachon, and Audrey McQueen. Eileen will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date with interment at St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery in Combermere.
