Ryan Gareth Mercer
Feb. 15, 2007 – June 30, 2018
Peacefully, at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Ryan’s courage, strength and upstanding character will always be remembered by his devoted mom and dad, Darlene and Gareth and his adored sister Rachel with whom he enjoyed being mischievous and adventurous. Cherished grandson of Muriel Mercer and the late Kenneth and predeceased by his maternal grandparents Roger and Shirley Poirier. He will also be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends and family are invited to gather for a visitation at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive on Wednesday, July 4 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 9:00 pm and on Thursday, July 5 from 10:00 am until time of service. A service to celebrate Ryan’s life will be held in the Chapel at 12 noon.
The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to CHEO and Roger Neilson House for their wonderful care and to POGO and Candlelighters for their support.
