Peacefully on October 12 at Sandfield Place surrounded by loving family, Born
on March 24, 1933, Devoted Mother of Gloria (Richard) Waldroff cherished Grandmother to Derek (Shelley), Timothy (Kim) Four great grandchildren Evan, Pyper, Noah, Rayvn. Also survived by Daughter-in-law Sylvia Tinkess, Brother Morris Dewe (Barbara) Sisters Brenda Lauzon, Bonnie Cameron (Ken) and Sisters-in-law Betty Dewe, Brother-in-law Ken Tinkess and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Ivan James Tinkess, sons Christopher and Brent Parents Frederick and Florence(Hartwell) Dewe, brothers Frederick Jr (Shirley), Ray (Nyra), Gerald, Denis and brother-in-law Roger Lauzon Sisters Kathleen Tinkess, Sheila, Deanna Spencer(Al). Visitation will be held at Brownlee Funeral Home MacDougall Chapel 14815 County Road 2 Ingleside on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service in celebration of Rose Tinkess’ life with be held in Christ Church Seaway Long Sault on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Memorial Hill Cemetery Lunenburg. Family wishes to the thank Sandfield and the fabulous staff for their love and kindness given to Rose and her family during this time. Also wish to thank friends new and old as well as relatives who so kindly help in our time of need.
