Beloved wife of Bill Duckworth.
Loving mother of Gavin Garrity (Julie), Kimberley Ann Borys and Darryl Garrity and step-mother of Neil and Lynn.
Cherished nana of Kristen (Neil), Sascha, Rhyn (Meleda) and Joshua and great-nana of Madisyn, Jakob, Lillie, Gavin and Aidyn.
Dear sister of Lorraine and Rick (Gail).
Cremation has taken place.
