Ronald Rippin
Ronald Rippin completed his earthly journey
on February 10th, 2018. He was a loving husband to the late Marjorie
(Spofford), supportive father to his four children, Chris, Deborah,
Pamela and Bruce, and grandfather to Mackenzie and
Alexandra.
He was the
last surviving member of his family – son of Herbert and Bertha
(Dinsdale) and brother to Eva, Myrtle, Bertha, Reg, Ray, Russ, and
Albert.
Ron was
proud of his 20 years of service with the RCMP. Upon his retirement
from the police force he attended Huron College where he obtained a
degree in Theology. After completing his degree he was responsible for
the Anglican parishes in Minto, Chipman, Oromocto, Maugerville, as
well as Highfield.
A big thank
you to Dr. Kerr and the staff in Tower 2 at York Care Centre for their
care and support during his final years.
There will be no visitation or funeral service at this
time. Interment will be held at a later date. For those who wish,
donations in Ronald’s memory can be made to a charity of the donor’s
choice.
