MOORE, Ronald R
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ronald Moore age 94, on December 8th 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was a long-time resident of Glace Bay, and most recently Halifax. He was born in Edmonton, Alberta and served with the Canadian Armed Forces, 13th Battalion. He and his wife operated Moore Jewellers on Commercial St. in Glace Bay for many years.
He is survived by his devoted wife Jeanette, sons Paul (Barbara), Robert (Donna), daughter Linda, grandchildren Marisa, Alicia, Jill, Michael, Ricky and Madison.
There will be a celebration of his life held from 2 to 4pm on Saturday, May 18th 2019, at Chant’s Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra Street, Sydney, Cape Breton.
