Peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Robert Campbell MacEwen of Maxville; age 69 years. Beloved husband of 45 years to Maureen MacEwen (nee Bangs). Loving father of Leigh-Ann Harvatine (David) of New York, Amy MacEwen of Dryden, and Shannon MacEwen (Dave Grant) of Ottawa. Cherished Papa of Ava and Bree Harvatine. Dear brother of Lorna Kennedy of Waterloo. Dear son of the late Alexander and Mae MacEwen (nee Campbell). A Graveside Service will be held in the Maxville Cemetery on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11 am. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Kidney Cancer Canada or to the Ontario Dairy Youth Trust Fund would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Robert a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
