Robert, 73, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 after a brief and courageous battle with cancer in the palliative care unit of the Elizabeth Bruyère Hospital. With Robert was his family: life partner Michel, sisters Linda and Diana, her husband Allan (Baldwin) and his beloved nephews, Aran, Joshua (Gilmore) and Alexandre (Nelson-Lanctot).
Robert had an unbelievable mind and spirt. He will be remembered as a gentleman, admired and loved by friends and family for a long time to come.
A brief farewell service will be held Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel located in the Elizabeth Bruyère Hospital located at 43 Bruyère Street, Ottawa.
Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Service will start at 11:00 a.m. and be led by Monseigneur Gilles Lavergne.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Palliative Care Unit at Elizabeth Bruyere Hospital.
