Robert George Stewart
In his 78th year at his home in Burlington on Monday, December 17, 2018. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Hanson). Loving father of Cheryl (Sean) Jacobsen, Crystal and Cara (Jason Lee). Doting grandfather of Dylan, Coen, Michaela, Joshua, Noah and Daniel. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Marjorie (nee Denny). Cherished brother of Barbara. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, December 22 from 12 p.m. where a Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel beginning at 1 p.m. Interment Burlington Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, donations in memory of Bob to Gideons International, Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”

from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.

I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
