Robert Douglas « Bob » Gillespie
1964-2018
It is with deep sadness that the family of Robert Douglas
« Bob » Gillespie announces his passing, which occurred on
Friday, June 29 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint
John on October 25, 1964, he was a son of the late Ralph and Dianna
(Gunn) Gillespie.
Bob will be missed by his siblings: Ralph « Bimbo »,
Wayne (Lynn), Lloyd « LJ » (Elshelsa) and Sue Raynes (the late
Budd); his nieces, Courtney, Nikita and Trena; nephews, Cody, Budd
Jr., CJ and Donovan; as well all those whose lives he touched in his
lifetime.
Arrangements are under the care of
Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111
Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A celebration of
Bob’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 2:00
pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will take
place prior to the funeral service; from 12-2 pm. Bob will be laid to
rest at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish,
remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Online
