Rita B. Maurice
Passed away peacefully in her 93rd year at the Georgian Village on January 6th, 2018. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Mary Louise and step mother Dina and also her sisters Cecile, Electa, Bridgette, and step brothers Marcel and Peter (survived by Germaine). She is survived by her step sister Marie Hill-Cascagnette and step brothers Ron (Janet) and Don (Claudia). She was born in Penetanguishene but lived in Kitchener until 2015. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, especially Rose, Ann, Ilene, Mary, and her special friend Audrey. A celebration of Rita’s life will be held at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home on Friday January 12th from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
