On December 26, 2018, Rica Maria DeLuca passed away at the age of 97. Rica is survived by her children,
Ralphina (Sheridan) McLeod, Anita (Ken) Jocksch, and Michael (Debra) DeLuca; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, extended family and dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Armaldo (2003); parents, Giulio (1978) and Luigia (1973) Vanoni; as well as many lifetime friends.
A service will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 9830 – 148 St. on Saturday, December 29 at 10:30 am. A special thank you is extended to the staff at Castlewood Care Homes.
Donations may be made on her behalf to the Foundation Fighting Blindness or The Sign of Hope.
