Obituary of Raymond Wills
July 14, 1952 – April 9, 2018
It is with deep sadness that we the family of Raymond Wills announce his passing on April 9, 2018 after lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer at Points West Hospice.
Ray grew up in Beaverlodge and moved to Grande Prairie after high school. He studied at Grant McEwan and began his nursing career at the Grande Prairie Auxiliary Hospital. He then transitioned to the Grande Prairie Ambulance Service as an Emergency Medical Technician. After a few different career moves he decided to start his own company.
Ray made friends everywhere he worked. He loved people and he was a man with great integrity and faith. Ray was a man of tremendous inner strength and battled his health issues with courage and dignity.
Ray loved cars but nothing surpassed his love for his family.
Ray is survived by his wife of 28 years Elaine, his children; Jason (Amber), Justin (Jen), Tara (Travis) Lindblom, Ryan (Tracey), Cameron(Lindsey), Spencer (Kassy), Angele (Jose), Carly (Sebastian) Sceerey and grandchildren; his mother Agnes Wills; In-laws, Oswald and Ruth Throness; siblings, Gloria (Jim) Sims, Brian, Lorraine (Martin), Danny (Karen), Ralph (Fran), Barry (Kelly), Wendy (Greg) Canam, John (Rose), Eunice (Bob) Libycz; brother-in-law Dale (Linda)Throness, sisters-in-law, Karen (Darrell) Jespersen, Lynn (Carman) Torgerson.
Ray was pre-deceased by his, father Douglas Wills, grandson Dalton Lindbloom, sisters Yvonne and Lucy and brother Scott, and brother-in-law Alan Senenko.
A viewing will be held on Thursday April 12 at 7:30 pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home, 11802 99 Ave Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Funeral service for the late Raymond Wills will be Friday April 13 at 1:00 at the Grande Prairie Alliance Church 15502 102 St, Grande Prairie, Alberta.
