A Celebration of Life
Randy was born in Saskatoon, SK, on April 18, 1958 to John and Amelia (Milli) Fluter.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Milli Fluter of Kelowna; and his grandparents Anastasia and Dumitru Fluter and Ruby and Philip Popescu.
After a short, but very serious illness, Randy went peacefully into the presence of his Lord at 60 years of age, on August 5, 2018, with his wife Catherine and his four children by his side.
He will be deeply missed by Catherine, his loving wife of seven years; four grown children Jon (Andrea), Dave (Cassandra ), Carolyn (Curtis), and Brian (Chellsie); four step-children: Spencer (Sara) Hilgendorf, Brandon (Sara) Hilgendorf, Aimee-Dawn (Cody) Sutherland and Destiny (Kevin) Hilgendorf; five granddaughters Kaylie, Avery, Eliana, Keyva and Avi; four sisters: Sandi (Parry) Stang, Debbie (Paul) Krymusa, Patti (Steve) James and Pam Smith; and nieces and nephews.
Randy spent his entire life loving people and appreciating each person’s individuality. He loved his family with all of his heart and always made each one feel so special. Family and friends will always cherish the many wonderful memories they shared.
A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held at Lighthouse to all Nations Church, 686 Pasqua Street, Regina, SK on Saturday. August 11, 2018 at 2 p.m.

The Oasis is an outreach centre that Randy used to enjoy helping to reach our weary and wounded neighbors in the heart of our city.
