MRS. RAIJA TURUNEN
Of Burk’s Falls
Suddenly at her home on Friday February 23, 2018. Raija Turunen, beloved wife of the late Olavi Turunen was in her 89th year.
Dear mother of the late Peter Turunen and the late Ulla Theoret.
Loving grandmother of Thomas, Hans and the late Paul (Julia Conway).
Raija will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends both in Canada and Finland.
The family will receive visitors at the Legacy Life Centre, 44 Commercial Drive in Burk’s Falls on Saturday March 3, 2018 from 12 – 1 P.M.
A service to celebrate Raija, Ulla and Paul’s lives will follow commencing at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Richard McQuillin and Pastor Martti Hyhko officiating.
Interment at the Burk’s Falls Cemetery at a later date.
If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Victim Services Muskoka or Victim Services Parry Sound would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
