After a lengthy battle with cancer the Robazza Families sadly announce the death of one of their own, Priscilla Giovanna Robazza, at the Kirkland and District Hospital at the young of age of 56. Predeceased by her parents, Assunta and Narciso Robazza. She is survived and forever loved by aunts, uncles, and cousins: Daniel Robazza, Rita Robazza, Jerry (Liz) Robazza, Jesse Robazza, Marlee Robazza (Dan Pajunen), Inez Robazza, Joey (Susan) Robazza, Carlo (Janice) Robazza, Lorraine Robazza, Kelly Robazza, Casey Robazza (Kari Bigelow), Erin Robazza (Tom Wadey). She is also survived by her extended families Mainville, Gagnon and Francoeur: Mary (Doug) Luff, Laurie (Frank) Peters, Marcel (Celine) Gagnon, Micheline (Mario) Joly, Louise Gagnon (Mike Peluso), Stephane Gagnon (Suzy Dessureault). She graduated from Kirkland Lake Collegiate and Vocational Institute. She also attended Northern College and the University of Ottawa. Priscilla’s career pursuits included: House of Commons-Administrative Assistant, Veterans Affairs Canada-Benefit Analyst, she helped to spear head the Revenue Canada Volunteer Income Tax Program in Kirkland Lake which is still in operation today, and was an Office Administrator at Beaverhouse First Nations Community. She had an unwavering commitment to each role and as a result helped a countless number of people. Her life passion was with the piano which led to being a piano instructor for many young students in our community. She was also fluent in English, French and Italian and enjoyed communicating to her families in Italy and Quebec. Many special friends provided care and support during her journey. Thank you to all doctors and nursing staff, VON and home care providers who made her last few months so comfortable.
