Phyllis was predeceased by her Husband Armand, Mother Marie (Henry) and Grandparents Albert & Enis.
Phyllis was born in Mistatim, SK. On May 2, 1943, later moving with her grandparents to Arcola, SK. Phyllis met the love of her life Armand in 1959, married on Feb 25, 1961 and had 4 little girls. They were the best of friends and lived life to the fullest. They shared 56 amazing years together raising their family and fulfilling their dreams. The family resided in Estevan, SK. Until moving to Winnipeg, MB. in 1972.
Phyllis spent many years at home raising her family, later she worked for Princess Auto until she retired after 30 years. Phyllis and Armand spent their retirement years together in the home they built and cherished. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandma and friend with a heart of gold. She was always there when you needed her, a beautiful woman inside and out and she will be deeply missed by all.
Phyllis loved camping in the summer, or sitting on her deck at home, or just spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching Y & R, Survivor, game shows and the Winnipeg Jets hockey games.
We will miss your smile, your cute little laugh and your ever-loving nature. Your strength, courage and love will be with us forever. God has taken you much too soon, and it’s so hard to say goodbye, so we will say so long for now until we meet again. We love you to the moon and back and we will miss you always and forever. God has you in his keeping, but we have you in our hearts. Rest in Peace.
Forever in our hearts.
Thank-You to the staff at Concordia Hospital ICU and to the staff at Glen Lawn Memorial for all your care and compassion during this difficult time.
