Philip « HOTWHEELZ » Cook
December 11th, 1991 – September 5th, 2018
HOTWHEELZ passed away suddenly after an accident, he was surrounded by his family at Kingston General Hospital as he began his new journey. He is the cherished and loving grandson of Philip « Tom » & the late Marlene Cook. Beloved son of Paula Cook & step son of Rik Sykes and brother of Emily Cook and Adrian Tait. Sadly missed by his aunt and uncle Alicia & Kirk Stewart and their children Emma and Gavin.
During… Read More » his time with us, Phil showed us how to live and love with no boundaries. He will be remembered for his love of anything with wheels, music and always having rocking hair. Phil’s absence will be noted in our community. In 2018, he was given the title of Honourary Captain on the Greater Napanee Fire Department. At this time arrangements are incomplete.
