Cherished grandmother of Luu Hoang Long, Nguyen Phuong Truc Jessica (Christopher Joseph Rochon), Le Thuy Linh, Le Khanh Toan (Nguyen Thi Dong Hoang), Pho Minh Trang, Nguyen Duc Michael, Nguyen Lan John
Cherished great-grandmother of Trinh Linh Anh and Le Minh Matthew
Beloved sister of Phan Trong Quy, Phan Trong Quy, Phan Trong Quynh, Phan Trong Quang, Phan Ba Quat.
She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses and medical professionals at the Ottawa General Hospital Cancer Centre and the various personal support workers and staff from the Champlain Local Health Integration Network.
