Obituary for Peter Sauer
Sauer, Peter:
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Anna (nee Adam) for 67 beautiful years. Loving father to Rosemarie (Henry), Anni and Bob (Linda). Cherished Ota to Matthew (Sari), Kathleen (Bryan), Andrew and Zac. Peter will be missed by his brother-in-law Nick Adam (Charmaine), his cousin Barbara Zaharescu (the late Dimitru), his nieces and nephews as well as relatives in the U.S. & Europe. Peter will be fondly remembered by family, friends and caregivers.
Peter’s family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s RC Church, 56 Duke St. W., Kitchener on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow in the church hall.
Special thanks to Dr. Rosenstein and the Dialysis Unit team for their excellent care during the past 10 years as well as the ICU »A » health care providers for their exceptional care.
