Percy Wentzell
1928-2018
WENTZELL,
Percy Robert – 90, of Auburndale, passed away November 12, 2018 in
Mahone Nursing Home, Mahone Bay. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of
the late Harold and Florence (Wentzell) Wentzell. Percy was a former
member of Midville & District Fire Department and a Member of
St. Paul’s Lutheran church, Bridgewater. He was employed at
Shur Gain and later went to Bridgewater Farmers Co-Op, before spending
17 years at Michelin Retiring in 1991. He enjoyed Exhibitions and Ox
Pulls and was well known in the community for his wonderful Vegetable
Garden. Surviving are his son Keith (Robin), Lower Branch. He was
predeceased by his wife Mildred. Visitation 7-9pm Thursday in R.A.
Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Funeral Service 11:00am Friday in St.
Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bridgewater. Pastor Paul Jensen
Officiating, Assisted by Rev. Willis Ott. Interment in Brookside
Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only. Memorial
