Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland on Thursday January 18, 2018 at the age of 87. Pearl Van Ness, beloved wife of the late Earl Pfaff and the late Ronald Van Ness. Loving mother of Randy Van Ness (Carol) of Collingwood and Gary Van Ness (Diane) of Midland. Step mother of Ron Van Ness and Patti McPhee (Ron) all of Orillia. Loved grandmother of Emily Van Ness (Patrik Sonnerstedt), Danielle Van Ness (Joey Drover) and Derek Van Ness (Randie Lewis). Survived by her sister Evelyn Solomon (the late Ernie). Will be sadly missed by her canine pal Maya. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Sick Kids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
