The passing of Pauline Ruth VanDenborre of Fredericton
occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, February
21st, 2018. Born in Jacksonville,
NB. She was a daughter of the late George and Maye
Gray.
Pauline was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church and was
employed by Rusco Windows and the City of Fredericton prior to her
retirement.
Predeceased by her husband Marcel VanDenborre (2003), two
brothers; Eugene and Wendall Gray and three sisters; Louise Bunting,
Marion Craig, and Eileen MacDonald. She was the last
surviving member of her immediate family, but is survived by her
sister-in-law, Betty Gray and her brother-in-law, Donald Craig as well
as numerous nephews, nieces, great nieces, and great nephews as well
as many dear friends of longstanding.
There will be no visitation by request. A funeral
service will be held at St. James Presbyterian Church, 1991 Rte. 640,
Hanwell on Sunday February 25th at 3 PM with
Rev. Wendy McWilliams officiating. A gathering of friends
and family to follow. Interment will be in the St. James Presbyterian
Cemetery, Hanwell at a later
date.
Donations can be made to a charity of the donor’s
choice.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Bishop’s
Funeral Home, Fredericton (458-1885).
