Alpaugh, Patrick Francis
With great sadness his family announces the passing of Pat Alpaugh at Hilltop Manor in Cambridge on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at age 89. Pat was predeceased by his parents Lewis and Roselle Alpaugh (nee McBride) and his brother John Alpaugh. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 67 years, Helen (nee Butella). Loving father of John (Jacquie), Patricia (James Fyfe) and Andrew (Cheryl). Proud grandfather of Andrew, Rachel, Ryan, Mitchell, Maggie, and great grandfather of Zaylia. Much loved by his sister Catherine « Cassie » Stuart. Survived by his sister-in-law Betty Alpaugh. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Pat’s excellent business sense lead him through a very succesful career in retail management, no doubt aided by his quick wit and humour. His infectious laugh will be missed by his great mates at Conestoga Golf and Country Club.
Pat’s family will receive relatives and friends from 12-12:45 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, February 9th, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Reception to follow.
