Trudeau, Patricia Mary Catherine (nee Quigg)
Peacefully at the Manoir Sacre-Coeur in Fort Coulonge on July 18, 2018 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Alcide Trudeau for 51 years. Dear mother of Randy (Heather) and Doug. She was the very proud and adoring “Nanny” to Melanie. Pat will be missed by her brother Frank (late Jeanette) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her brothers Tom (Lois), Justin (Phine), Bart (Doreen) and by her sisters Helen (Trueman Lusk) and Anna (Don Campbell).
Pat was a member of St. Mary’s CWL for 47 years. She loved when family visited and always had many baked goodies on hand for everyone. She was an avid card player and always kept a spare bingo dabber in her purse just in case the first one went dry.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday July 26, 2018 at 12 noon at St. Mary’s Church (5 John St. Quyon Quebec). Family will be present from 10:45 am to receive condolences. Internment will take place at a later date.
A special thank you to the staff of the Manoir Sacre-Coeur and Shawville Hospital for the care and service they provided Pat over the last 10 months. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
We lost the matriarch of our family, but she will never be forgotten.
