Patricia Lynn Reilly Patty

The passing of Patricia Lynn « Patty » Reilly of Stanley, NB occurred on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at her home. Born in Stanley on April 14, 1967, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Hood) Reilly. Patty enjoyed reading and listening to music and played basketball through her high school years. She was an Architectural Draftsperson by trade and an amazing artist which was the true love of her life. Patty travelled the countryside hiking through the woods with Debbie, scouting out old dumps where she would find lost treasures and turn them into the most beautiful reclaimed art. She was a member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Stanley.
Patty is survived by her siblings, Brad (Linda) of Stanley, NB, Barry (Marilyn), Randy (Dori), Jason McCarthy (Pat) and Deanna Graves (Ryan Miller), all of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews; two special great-nieces, Ashley and Haley Ward; and Buddy the cat.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Stanley, NB on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 2 pm with Rev. Canon Bonita LeBlanc officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery at a later date. Honourary Pallbearers are Donnie Hood, Josh Linton, Art Logan, Heather Logan, Debbie Hood, Trudy Ward, Line Humeniuk, Paula Harder, CJ MacDonald and Janice Thibault. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Fredericton SPCA. Special mention to the kindness, care and compassion given to Patty during her illness by her sister-in-law, Linda; brother, Randy and the entire team at Extra-Mural Nursing; in particular to Sheri Bauer for all the care given as she went above and beyond to assist Patty.
