Patricia Horrigan (Stolte)
HORRIGAN, PATRICIA EILEEN (nee Stolte)
With great sadness we announce the passing of our mom, on July 10, 2018 at Joseph Brant Hospital, at the age of 92. Patricia was a devoted, loving wife to Frank, (2012) and extraordinarily wonderful mother to Liz Courtney (Jeff); Cochrane, AB, Paul Horrigan (Ana); Mississauga, Mary Parker (Howard); Burlington, and Pete; Mississauga. Grandma/Mama to Steven and Andy Courtney, Lori (Brad) and Ivan Horrigan, Joshua, Oliver, Jake and Noah Parker.
Born and raised in the Junction in Toronto, mom met dad at St. Cecilia Young Peoples Group and have shared a blessed life since. With great emphasis on family and their faith, they built a wonderful life together.
Mom has resided in Burlington for the last six years since Frank’s passing and has looked forward to being together again. We will truly miss her kind, loving, gentle approach.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Church, 2016 Blairholme Ave., beginning at 1pm until time of the Funeral Mass at 2pm. The interment will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Mississauga. For those who wish, memorial donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated by the family.
