OBITUARY
Pamela « Pam » Amero
Pamela Marie (Carpenter) Amero of Medicine Hat Alberta formerly of Bear River passed away October 2, 2018 in her 63 year.
Pam was born in Digby on May 10, 1955. She was raised in Bear River by her grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Forsyth. Pam attended Oakdene School then graduated from DRHS.
She worked at MT & T as a switchboard operator. Then went to work in the telephone office at CFB Cornwallis where she worked along side a long time friend Louise Potter until the Base closed.
She then transferred to CFB Suffield in Alberta where she retired. She loved her family and enjoyed the time she spent with her 2 grandsons, Xander and little Kenny.
Pam loved her flower gardens and feeding the many deer that came into her yard everyday.
Pam enjoyed reading books and spending time with her pets over the years.
Pam was predeceased by her grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Forsyth and Mr.& Mrs. Roy Carpenter;
Parents, Kathleen (Kay) Eisner, Ronald Carpenter; sisters, Billie Joe Jelfs and Cheryl Darlene Carpenter; stepson, Craig and stepdaughter, Jillian Brown.
Pam leaves behind her sisters, Anne White (Gerry), Debbie Harvey (Philip), Heather Meuse (Cliff); brothers, Doug, Mike, David, Darryl Jelfs (Michele); Aunt & Uncle Mr. & Mrs. John Buchanan; several cousins, nieces & nephews; husband, Kenny; son, Jeremiah; grandsons, Xander & Kenny; step-granddaughter, Willow all of Medicine Hat; step-granddaughter, Madeline Thibodeau of Digby; stepsons, Joel, Jonathon, Jason.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bear River Firehall on October 13, 2018 @ 3:00pm. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Leave condolences at www.jaynesfuneralhome.com
