Winterhalt, Pamela (Pammy):
Passed away peacefully on August 24, 2018 surrounded by her family.
Loving wife, best friend, and soul mate of Michael for 52 years. Proud mother to Todd (his wife Karen) and Tara (‘the husband’ Blakely). Pammy was unfailingly supportive, her children’s cherished friend and counsel, number one fan and confidant.
Adored Grandma to Maya, Violet, Jacob, Rowan, Matteo, Maxwel, Naomi and Scarlett. Dear sister of Shelley (and her son James), and Wendy (her husband Jerry and children Bill and Kate). Supportive aunt of Mary Ann Winterhalt. Lifelong friend to many in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and beyond.
Predeceased by her parents, Bill and Elaine Carson and her niece Christine Gobbi (Scott).
Special thanks to the medical staff of the Grand River Hospital ER and ICU 5B for their support. Immense gratitude to the nurses, PSWs, and volunteers at Innisfree House for their exceptional, gentle care and compassion.
Private cremation has taken place and a family celebration of life will be held later this fall.
