It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Natasha Ostrikoff. She passed away peacefully on December 6th, 2018 at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 81 with family by her side.
Natasha Ostrikoff was born to Pete and Annie Elasoff in Puerto Rico, BC on October 15th, 1937. She married her childhood sweetheart Walter Ostrikoff in 1954. They had two sons and one daughter.
Natasha loved gardening, sewing and cooking, but loved her family more than anything and always put them first. She was the kindest and most caring person in all aspects of life.
Natasha is survived by her son Walter (Jane) and their children Lisa Ostrikoff, Jessica Cesario (Frank) and Jamie Ostrikoff (Rachel); daughter Kathy Pereversoff (Jim) and their children Nicole Pereversoff (Irfaan) and Melanie Latham (DJ); and five great grandchildren, Ella, Paxton, Ethan, Oliver and Lily.
Natasha was predeceased by her husband Walter (1998), infant son Dale, mother and father, infant sister Polly, and brothers Bill, Paul and Pete.
Natasha loved unconditionally and will be sadly missed. Her wonderful memory will be cherished forever. Natasha had a great love of God and strong spiritual beliefs. May God accept her into his Heavenly Kingdom until we meet again. We love you so very, very much mom, baba and great baba!
Upon her request, there will be no funeral services. A private celebration of life will be held in the summer with immediate family.
