Olive Myrtle Robinson
Miss Olive Robinson passed peacefully at Muskoka Landing, Huntsville on Tuesday April 10, 2018 in her 96th year. Olive was the third daughter of Christopher and Grace Robinson. She was born and raised on the farm in Ravenscliffe. Survived by her sister Amy and Duncan’s family out west. Loving and loved aunt of Donna, Carolyn, Doug, June and Cathy. Great aunt of many. Predeceased by sisters Miriam, Florence and Barbara and by her brother Dennis and 3 infant brothers.
Visitation for Olive will be on Saturday April 21, 2018 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Service in the Addison Chapel of the Mitchell Funeral Home at 2:00, followed by refreshment. As per Olive’s wishes, she will then be cremated and her remains will be interred in the family plot at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Ravenscliffe. Very special thanks to Carolyn for being there above and beyond always. Also, special mention to Dr.Melanie Mar, the staff at Muskoka Traditions and the staff and doctors at Muskoka Landing for their excellent care of Olive over the years. If desired, memorial donations to St. John’s Anglican Ravenscliffe Cemetery Fund or to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
