It is with great sadness to inform family & friends that Norman Roy Potter, 85 of Milton, Ontario passed away peacefully at the Ian Anderson House in Oakville, Ontario after a long struggle with cancer on the evening of Friday, December 14, 2018.
Survived by his loving wife of 64 years Betty (nee Stone), Son Jeffrey (Kory), Daughters Lynn (Jim) Burnison & Jennifer, Brother Ron. Sadly missed by Granddaughter Courtney Burnison.
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, brother William & sister Sheila.
Cremation has already taken place.
Visitation will take place from 2-3pm at Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga on Saturday, December 29th, 2018.
A Celebration of Life will commence at 3 pm.
Refreshments will be served following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or Ian Anderson House, Oakville.
Special thanks to Dr. Lucy Horvat, Paramed Nurses & PSW’s that took special care of Norman at home. Extended thanks to IAH for the love, care & support you expressed to Norman & Family during his final days.
