Norman Lyster
Passed peacefully with his family by his side at The Brant Centre in Burlington on Sunday, April 29, 2018 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Lorna (nee Barbour). Loving father of Lynn (Jonathan) Beach, Karen (Tim) O’Driscoll and Andrew (Casey) Lyster. Doting grandfather of Katie (Dustin) Brown, Sarah (Kevin) Levi, Kenzie Lyster, Liam O’Driscoll, Caroline Lyster and James Lyster, and cherished great-grandfather of Emma Brown and Teddy Levi. Brother-in-law to Edward (Debbie) Barbour and Beth (Wayne) Farrier and uncle of Kim (Alex) and Amy (Jamie) and their children. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Norm’s Life will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at the Burlington Golf and Country Club (422 North Shore Blvd E.) from 5 to 8 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
