June 26, 1946 – January 25, 2018
It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of a loving and devoted husband, dad, and grandpa on January 25, 2018. Leaving to mourn his beloved childhood sweetheart and wife of 49 years, Penny, his two beloved children Jennifer (Bill) Woodside and Rob (Stacy) Grace, and his cherished grandchildren Brant and Keaton Woodside, Reagan and Nathan Grace. He will be sadly missed by his sister Joan (the late Al Gates) of Altoona, Pennsylvania, and his sister-in-law Carroll (Doug Olivier) of Guelph, ON. Also left to mourn are his many nieces and nephews. Norm was born in Arnprior, ON to the late Charles and Ivy Grace and moved to the Seaway Valley in 1971 where he was a constable with the Ontario Provincial Police. In keeping with Norm’s wishes there will be a private service with the family at Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, January 29, 2018. If so desired, contributions to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
