Obituary for
Natalka Melnychuk
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Natalka Melnychuk (nee Ferbey) on November 16, 2018, at the age of 93 years.
Natalka is survived by her daughters, Daria Thew, Halia (Norm) Achtemichuk, Elena Scharabun (Bill Lebedovich), Joanne Melnychuk and Natalka Jacquard; twelve grandchildren, Kim, Mark, Carol, Tamara, Kathy, Melanie, Nadia, Christina, Lesia, Victoria, Andie and Jon, and fourteen great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Borys; sisters-in-law, Gloria and June; and many nieces and nephews. Natalka was predeceased by her husband, Bohdan.
Prayer Service Sunday, December 2 at 7:00 p.m. at St. John’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 10951 – 107 Street, Edmonton.
Funeral Rite Monday, December 3 at 9:30 a.m. at St. John’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral with interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
