Ruby “Mildred” Curtis
1935 – 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Ruby Mildred Curtis announces her passing on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Palliative Care Unit of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Estevan, SK at the age of 83 years.
Mildred was predeceased by her parents, Herbert and Clara Robertson, husband Kenneth, daughter-in-law Wendy, great grandson Keagen, seven sisters and three brothers.
Mildred leaves to mourn her six sons, Brian (Lorna), Terry (Lois), Dale (Carol), David (Cathie) , Greg (Patti) and Kevin; and brother Ray (Jean) Robertson. Mildred is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Mildred’s life will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, SK with Marian Huber presiding. Interment will take place at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan, SK. A time of lunch and fellowship will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Estevan Branch, large hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mildred to the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, 1176 Nicholson Road, Estevan, SK S4A 0H3.
