It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mike, a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Mike O’Malley of Eganville, formerly of Barry’s Bay has passed after a short battle with cancer. He is leaving behind his wife Sherry O’Malley (Guilbault) his son Chris (fiancee Alicia McLean) and his granddaughter Jazmine as well as grandsons Carson and Carter.
He will be loving remembered by his sisters; Connie (Neil O’Reilly) of Barrys Bay, Patricia (Marco Endrizzi) of Revelstoke British Columbia, Mary (Mike Sullivan) of Oshawa and his brother, Jim (Maureen) O’Malley of Barrys Bay as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his parents Alfie & Helen O’Malley of Barry’s Bay.
Professional arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. Memorial Mass will take place at St. James the Less Catholic Church, Eganville on Tuesday October 30, 2018 at 11am with a luncheon to follow. Inurnment will take place in St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery, Barry’s Bay at a later date.
