Passed away peacefully on January 14, 2018 with his loving family by his side at the age of 53. Cherished husband of over 32 years to Denise “Cupcake”. Most loving father to Melissa & James Guthrie, Danny & Felisha. Devoted Gramp & Papa to Jarod, Abby, Austin, Alyssa, Dayvian, Nevaeh, and Kip. Dear son to Jim & Carol Fortin. Beloved brother to Kim & Stu Burns, Lorne Terry. Dearest nephew/brother Rob (Amale) Marcinko and Sue (Hugh) O’Brien. Mike is survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends who will miss him dearly. He was a dedicated employee at Centreline and loved his job. Mike’s family would like to extend a special Thank you to London Health Science Centre (Dr. Welch & Dr. Lock), as well as nurses Sarka and Shawna of Paramed, Hospice of Windsor, CCAC for the care and compassion shown to Mike and his family during this difficult time.
