Obituary of Michael Godbout
Godbout, Michael Fernand – at QHC – Belleville General Hospital on Sunday, March 18th, 2018 with his wife, Dawn Marie (nee Coxon) at his side. Dear son of Diane Godbout and the late Fernand Godbout. Loving father of Justin (Amanda) of Belleville and Laura (Byron) Foster of Frankford. Proud grandfather of Emily Godbout and Kinsley Foster. Dear brother of Kim (Terry) Ibbotson of Foxboro and Greg (Kim) Godbout of Toronto. Michael is also fondly remembered by extended family, many friends, neighbours and coworkers. The family will receive friends at the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West (613-968-2273) on Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Graveside inurnment service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery on Saturday, March 24th, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception celebrating Michael’s life at the Steele Family Center, 20 Moira Street West, Belleville. If desired, Memorial Donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation – Oncology or to the Cancer Centre of South Eastern Ontario – Kingston would be appreciated by the family
