Whitehouse, Michael Norman
~ Passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 29,
2018 at the Guelph General Hospital at the age of 54.
Beloved husband for 20 years to Kristine Anne Whitehouse (nee
Hynes). Loving brother in law of Shelly Hynes (Keith Davis),
Beth Haggins (Fred), Rob Small (Trish Benedict), John Hynes (Nancy),
Trudy Small, Nina Small and Delores Morris. Dear uncle to
many nieces and nephews. Missing Michael is his furry friend
« Bandit ». Predeceased by his adopted
family « The Wymans » from Walkerton.
Michael was proud to be one of « Jerry’s
Kids » with his Muscular Dystrophy. He was very
active with the Special Olympics. Loved bowling, soccer and
track & field. Enjoyed wrestling and star
trek. He was awarded many trophies for his
accomplishments. His motto was « the best trophy I
have is my precious wife Kristine. » He will fondly
be remenbered by many.
Funeral services will be at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL
– McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street,
Guelph on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 3:00
p.m. The family will greet friends at the funeral home for
one hour prior to service time. Private interment at
Woodlawn Memorial Park at a later time. If desired, memorial
contributions to Muscular Dystrophy Canada would be
appreciated. We
