Melville « Mel » Fellows
It is with great sadness, the family announces the passing of Mr. Melville “Mel” D. Fellows of Mayerthorpe, AB, on November 12, 2018, at the age of 95 years.
Mel leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Brent (Gwen), Dale (May) and Darlene (Wade) Johnson; grandchildren, Sherry (Quentin), Shaun (Nicole), Christine (Rob), Curtis (Suzanne), Jason (Kathy), Shannon (Jonathan) and Ryan (Janelle); great-grandchildren, Abby, Emily, Keegan, Tye, Reed, Raya, Carter, Aaron, Sydney, Izabel, Parker, Kyla, Cameron, Anna, Joshua, Erynn, Kaleb and Avery; and many more dear relatives and friends. Predeceased by his wife, Betty; great-granddaughter, Jenna; sister, Mildred (Oscar); half brother, Jack; infant siblings, Howard and Lila.
Memorial Service, Monday November 19 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mayerthorpe Diamond Centre, 4814 – 54 Street, Mayerthorpe. Reverend Ruth Lotholz officiating with interment in Mayerthorpe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pleasant View Lodge – Lac Ste. Anne Foundation, Box 908, Mayerthorpe, AB, T0E 1N0.
