Obituary of Mary Farkas
Peacefully passed away at Gilmore Lodge on August 28, 2018 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Farkas – 1988. Dear mother of Margaret Sutton (late Wes), Joe Farkas Jr. (Alba) and Jim Farkas (Cindy). Survived by her grandchildren Sabrina (Matt), Vanessa (Joe), Cristopher (Lesley), Jamie (Shannon), Hayley, Ashley (Sandy) and by her 7 great grandchildren.
At Mary’s request, the family will receive friends at the
ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence
Street, Port Colborne on Friday August 31, 2018 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. The Funeral Mass will follow visitation, and will be celebrated at St. Therese of Lisieux Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with Father Michael Andrysiak as celebrant. Rite of Committal at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery. If so desired, donations may be made to St. Therese of Lisieux Church.
