ROMO, Mary (Wells) age 96 years of Dartmouth passed away peacefully March 4, 2018 at Northwood Centre. Born in Carbonear, Newfoundland she was a daughter of the John & Roseanna (Kehoe) Dwyer. She is survived by sons John (Melva), Kevin (Debbie), David (Louann) all Dartmouth, grandsons Neil (Tracey), Peter (Trisha), Mathew (Brianne), James (Shauna), granddaughter, Amie, Great grandchildren, Wesley, Brooklynn, Dylan, David, Kirkland, Hunter, Ryder and Brayden. Sisters Genevieve Bonang, Dartmouth, Margaret Rose Mayer, U.S.A., brother, Bill (Eileen), Carbonear NL, sister in law Shirley Dwyer, Halifax as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband John T. Wells and her second husband John Romo, daughter Susan (Wells) Rehburg, son Darrell Francis, sisters Kathleen, Ellen, Catherine, Susannah, Eliza, and Evelyn, brothers James, John, and Kevin. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday March 9, 2018 in Dartmouth Funeral Home, 29 Queen Street, Dartmouth. Burial will be in Mount Hermon Cemetery.
