Peacefully, at the Kingston
Health Sciences Centre – KGH, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the age of
73. Daughter of the late Roy and Lela Stafford. Wife of the late
David Marriott (2001) Mother of her son Robert (Susan) of Napanee and
Samsara of Vancouver, B.C, who were the best gifts of her life! Granny of
Lily Marriott of Napanee. Sister of the late Jack Stafford (Mary) of
Selby, the late Aileen Haviland (Murray) of Brantford, Shirley Hill (Conrad) of
Peterborough and Jim Stafford (Helen) of Napanee. Mary was an active and
beloved member of Faith United Church, 2 bridge clubs, sorority member
DKG (Delta Kappa Gamma), book club, 37 years as a teacher and teaching
assistant with Pickering Township # 2 and Limestone District School
Board. A celebration of Mary’s extra-ordinary life will be held at the
central chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes, 49 Colborne Street, (at
Clergy Street) on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 4 p.m. with visitation beginning
one hour prior. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to
