“Mary” Marguerite Therese Gagnon
July 26, 1932 – February 13, 2018
It is with sadness that the family of Mary Gagnon announce her passing on February 13, 2018.
Her family would like to express their gratitude to the community of Edson for embracing her with friendship and love.
A private family internment will take place in Quesnel, B.C. as per her wishes.
Mary’s children would like to express their respect & love to her physician Dr. Rudi Gous who cared for her during her final days, we will never be able to fully put into words how much she cared for you.
To Georgina Gauchier…thank you for guiding our mother to Heaven.
To Dr. D. Wannenburg, Dr. H. Odendall, Dr. E. Vandermerwe, Dr. E. Zdrill, Dr. R. Oishi, Marilyn Oishi, Acute Care Nursing Staff, Emergency Nursing Staff, Andrea Rushfeldt and the entire Acute Care Support Staff who behind the scenes worked diligently to look after our mother and also her family as we struggled to « Say Goodbye ». Never will this be forgotten.
To our friends and family who supported us near & far, our mother Mary thanks you.
As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Mary, please donate to the Palliative Care – Family Room (Acute Care) at the Edson Healthcare Centre. She was so grateful that her family was able to be so close to her and this Family Room provided that support.
