It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Dwyer announce her passing at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Monday July 23, 2018 at the age of 94 years. She was predeceased by her husband Greg Dwyer; son Joe; grandson Gregory; parents Jack & Frances Wall; sisters: Gertie, Eliza and brother Jack. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: Greg (Kit) of Gander, Richard (Darlene) of Fletchers Lake, N.S., Mike (Marie) of Ottawa, Bill (Cindy) of Gander, Steve (Angie) of Gander; daughters: Agnes (Jerry) of St. John’s, Frances of Gander, Catherine (Wayne) of Gander, Clare (Ralph) of Gander; 18 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; brother Leo (Florence) of Mount Pearl; sister Agnes (Cyril) of Stoneville, and a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Family will be receiving friends at Stacey’s Funeral Home, 60 Roe Avenue, Gander on Tuesday July 24, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday July 25, 2018 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday July 26, 2018 from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Father William Hearn with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Mary’s memory may be made to The Recreation Department, Lakeside Homes.
