Martha Annie Maxwell (Reid)
Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Martha Annie (Reid) Maxwell, at the age of 87 years. Survived by her son William « Bill » Maxwell (Lesia). Will be missed by her grandaughter Sayre Mayne (Andy) and great-greatchildren Drew and Ella Martha Mayne. Predeceased by her son Lawrence Maxwell (survived by his wife, Ann) and by her three sisters.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care and genuine support provided by Dr. David Beattie and the Home Street Family Practice team, Dr. Maria Kielly and her staff, Dr. Gregory Hansen, Dr. Susan Hobden, Christine VanAsseldonk and her VON at-home daily care specialists, the SMILE Program, the Bayshore nurses, the nursing, support staff, and volunteers at both the Charles and Garden Street sites at BGH, Lana Sowchuk, the EMTs, the staff of the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, and Martha`s friends and neighbours.
