On December 24, 2018 Marion Lillian Hoar of Ponoka passed away at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 90 years.
Marion will be lovingly remembered by her children Larry Hoar, Dale Hoar (Debbie), Shelley Abt (David), and Pat Hoar (Kathy); grandchildren Terry Dakus (Gord), Brent Rollison, Shantelle Sinnott (John), Kelli LeBlanc (Dan), Kara Cornelssen (Darcy), Jeremy Abt (Daneel), Dustin Abt (Brandi), Christopher Abt (Christine), Cole Hoar (Tanis), and Tyler Hoar; great-grandchildren Kale Dakus, Shae Dakus, Kuera Sinnott (Mark), Courtney Sinnott, Alyssa Sinnott, Kate LeBlanc, Brooklyn Cornelssen, Lillian Cornelssen, Lacee Cornelssen, Brienna Cornelssen, Adley Abt, Keenan Haines, Ryan Haines, and Jenna Abt; her twin sisters Lita Reid (Alan) and Rita Kemp (Gerry) and their families; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Marion was predeceased by her loving husband Leslie Hoar and daughter-in-law Doreen Hoar.
A Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church Ponoka at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019.
